Recipe Ingredients for Cookies

3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups Quaker Oats
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Cookies

  1. Mix wet ingredients with hand mixer.

  2. Add to dry ingredients.

  3. Add in chips and walnuts.

  4. Roll into balls and flatten.

  5. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
