Chocolate & Peanut Butter Cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Cookies

2 cups honey
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup skim milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup low-fat peanut butter
43 grams cocoa
6 cups oatmeal, instant

Recipe Directions for Cookies

Combine honey, applesauce, cocoa and milk. Boil 2 minutes, then simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Drop from spoon onto wax paper, put in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from wax paper, put servings into baggies and store in freezer until ready to eat.
