Recipe Ingredients for Cookies, Peanut Butter Granola Power Balls

2 cups granola
1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
1/2 cup craisins
1/8 cup wheat germ
1/8 cup flax seed
30 grams pumpkin seeds
30 grams coconut, shredded
1/2 cup honey
125 grams peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Cookies, Peanut Butter Granola Power Balls

  1. Mix all ingredients except honey and peanut butter in a bowl.

  2. Heat honey to a boil; boil vigorously for about 30 senconds then whisk in peanut butter. Add to granola mixture and stir to combine.

  3. While mix is warm, form into 1.5 inch balls. Refrigerate until firm. Store airtight for up to 2 weeks.

  4. Twist balls in waxed paper for perfect portability.

  5. Makes 20.
