I was in the mood for a cookie! This is not super sweet, but hits the spot.

Recipe Ingredients for Cookies: No Sugar Oatmeal

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
6 servings agave nectar (1/2 cup)

Recipe Directions for Cookies: No Sugar Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cream together butter, applesauce and brown sugar.

  3. add flax seed meal and vanilla.

  4. Mix in eggs, one at a time.

  5. Add flour, oats, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix until fully incorporated then mix in raisins.

  6. Place spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
