1 1/2 cup oatmeal, old fashioned
1/2 cup Splenda no calorie
1/4 cup brown sugar substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Cookies: Large Oatmeal (Gluten and Sugar Free)

Mix all ingredients. Chill if batter is too wet. Drop on baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until slightly browned all over. Cool on wire rack.
