Recipe Ingredients for Cookie Monsters

1/2 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1/2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
33 grams Soy Protein Isolate
1/4 cup Organic Textured Soy Protein
4 tbsp Psyllium Husks
35 grams Pumpkin And Squash Seed Kernels, Roasted
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 dash Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Molasses
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Vinegar, Cider
0.33 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 medium (3") Apples, diced

Recipe Directions for Cookie Monsters

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Put all wet ingredients except for apples and dried fruit in blender and blend until smooth. Add wet mix to dry mix, add apples and dried fruit, stir until "just mixed," and spoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet, flattening slightly so they'll cook easier. Bake for 20 minutes.
