fresh veggies cooked in a pan..the juices in the veggies make it unnecessary to add oil. 1 serving=1 cup

Recipe Ingredients for cooked veggies

2 cup Asparagus
1.5 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
16 oz Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for cooked veggies

if desired to add oil, make sure its olive oil (the good-for-you-stuff). serve and add guacamole on top (no need for salt or any seasoning) to get a healthy meal!
