1/2 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup, shredded Cabbage
1/2 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
2 cup, cubes Eggplant
1/2 cup Cut Green Beans

Recipe Directions for Cooked veggies 2

cook onions and garlic in olive oil, add eggplant, cabbage-- then green beans and tomatoes-- place lid on pot and simmer til done.
