1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
36 grams kraft minute tapioca
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Cooked Tapioca with 2% milk

In medium sauce pan, beat egg well, add milk, sugar and tapioca. Let stand 5 minutes. Cook on medium heat (stirring constantly) until it reaches a full rolling boil. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Let cool for 20 minutes. makes 6 1/2C servings.
