Simple healthy recipe to cook fresh spinach.

Recipe Ingredients for Cooked Spinach

3 cup Spinach
3 clove Garlic
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
1 serving Omega Natural Blend of Canola Soy and Olive Oils Oil
0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Cooked Spinach

  1. Saute chopped garlic and onions in oil for about 3 minutes.

  2. Mix in chopped tomato. Saute for about 2 more minutes.

  3. Add fresh spinach to the saucepan. Coat spinach with oil from the pan.

  4. Cover the pan to allow the spinach to wilt, about 2 minutes.

  5. Uncover the pan. Ensure that all the spinach has wilted.

  6. Mix in 1tablespoon parmesan cheese and serve.
