Recipe Ingredients for Cooked Rice

1 cup jasmine rice, uncooked
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Cooked Rice

  1. Rinse rice twice in cold water.

  2. Add rice to pot and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Add broth to rice and bring to boil.

  4. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook rice for about 15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
