Recipe Ingredients for cooked pumpkin

1 cup sliced pumpkin
1/2 small onion diced
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for cooked pumpkin

  1. wash the pumpkin well under running water

  2. heat oil in the pan put the onions and all the spices

  3. stir it for few seconds

  4. now put the pumpkin along with a 1/2 cup water

  5. close the lid

  6. after few minutes open the lid and see if the pumpkin is done

  7. garnish it with coriander leaves
