Cooked Okra with Tomato and Coriander

Recipe Ingredients for Cooked Okra

200 g Okra
3 Tomato
1 onion
1 tbsb butter
2 tbsb Coriander
3 cups chicken broth
1 tbsb olive oil
2 tbsb tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Cooked Okra

  1. 1-Chop the onion and add it to 1 tbsb butter in a pan and heat till it's yellow

  2. 2- Blind the tomatoes with chicken broth

  3. 3- add the blinded mix to the onion and 1 tbsb Coriander then add 1 cup water and heat till boiling

  4. 4- add the okra and let it boil till it's done

  5. 5- heat 2 tbsb butter 1 tbsb Coriander in a frying pan till they are brownish yellow

  6. 6- Add to the okra and stir well then remove from heat
