1 serving Woolworths low GI Fruit and Nut Swiss Muesli
1 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
4 almond Almonds
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
3 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Cooked Oats porridge

Combine all the ingredients and bring to the boil. Cook on low until required smoothness is reached. Note the water content can be adjusted depending on the consistency required.
