Old-fashioned Oatmeal with Blueberries

Recipe Ingredients for Cooked Oatmeal Breakfast

1/3 cup rolled oats
1/8 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp agave syrup
1/3 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Cooked Oatmeal Breakfast

  1. Bring 2 cups of filtered water and the salt to a boil

  2. add oats and stir

  3. turn down heat and cover

  4. let simmer for 10 mins.

  5. uncover and stir

  6. take off heat

  7. (cover until ready to eat while still hot)

  8. serve oatmeal in a bowl with yogurt and blueberries

  9. drizzle agave syrup on top
