Recipe Ingredients for Cooked NuPak Soup

4 cups vegetable broth
4 1/2 servings NuPak Soup Mix
4 medium carrots
2 medium potatoes
5 cups water

Recipe Directions for Cooked NuPak Soup

  1. Soak soup mix overnight

  2. Rinse mix until water is clear

  3. Pour soup mix into a large pot with the stock and four cups of water

  4. Bring to a boil. Let boil for 10 minutes before turning down to simmer.

  5. After 20 minutes, add carrots and potatoes. Let cook for at least 30 more minutes.

  6. Serve with fresh cracked pepper and crusty bread.
