Recipe Directions for Cooked Collard Greens

Cut up half and onion, and fry in 1/2 tb olive oil about 5 minutes. Mince a piece of garlic and toss in for about a minute. Wash and throw in collards. When they start to wilt. Season with hot sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
