Recipe Ingredients for Cooked apples and Cottage cheese

1/2 cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese Pasteurized 4% Milkfat
4 grams Turbinado Sugar
0.25 cup Frozen Red Raspberries

Recipe Directions for Cooked apples and Cottage cheese

Peel and slice 5 apples. Add 1 cup frozen raspberries and 4 tsp sugar. Dot with butter, bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool. Serve with cottage cheese or yogurt. 1 serving = 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup cooked fruit.
