34 g brown rice
5 cups water
106 g apple (chopped)
33 g cranberries

Recipe Directions for cooked 6 grain and fresh fruit cereal

  1. In a large sauce pan mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to minimum possible and cook covered about 20 minutes.

  2. Serve with fresh milk and brown sugar or syrup to taste.
