Recipe Ingredients for How to Cook Everything Banana Bread

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup splenda
1/8 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 ripe bananas, mashed

Recipe Directions for How to Cook Everything Banana Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix wet ingredients.

  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

  4. Grease pan, if not nonstick.

  5. Pour batter into pan.

  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until top is golden brown and toothpick can be entered in and comes out clean.
