2 cups carrots, sliced
1 cup onion, diced
2 cups cabbage, boiled
8 oz beef
1 tbsp olive oil
28 oz. tomatoes, crushed
12 oz. tomato sauce
12 oz. corn, canned
14 oz. green beans, canned
1 tsp beef bouillon
2 tsp salt
8 potatoes, small

  1. Brown beef in oil in large pot.

  2. Add 4 quarts water and remaining ingredients to pot. Cook until vegetables tender and soup savory.
