Recipe Ingredients for Connie's Chicken Noodle Soup

8 oz of No Yolks egg noodles
10 ounces of fat free evaporated milk
1 cup skim milk
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons of Margarine
6 cups of water
4 carrots, sliced
2 stalks of celery, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Connie's Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. stew chicken breasts with water, salt and pepper and vegetables until done

  2. cook egg noodles separately

  3. remove chicken breasts while maintaining the broth and cut up chicken

  4. add chicken and noodles back to the broth and add remaining ingredients

  5. can add some flour to some of the liquid to make more creamy
