Recipe Ingredients for Connecticut Beef Supper

1 1/4 pounds sirloin
2 onions
1 cup water
2 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup fat free yogurt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Connecticut Beef Supper

Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat and onion in skillet. Add water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 50 minutes. Pour meat mixture into sprayed 9x13 pan. Arrange potatoes over meat. Stir together soup, yogurt, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes and meat are tender.
