Recipe Ingredients for congee

1 cup jasmine rice
6 cups water
1 tsp honey
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ghee
1 apple
6 dates

Recipe Directions for congee

  1. boil 6 cups water with 1tsp salt, honey & 1/4 ghee

  2. add 1 cup rice (after soaked for a few minutes)

  3. simmer 2 minutes

  4. add water, rice, sliced apple & dates to crock pot

  5. cook 6-8 hours
