2 cups cabbage
1 large onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 cucumber
6 oz radishes
1/2 cup celery
2 medium carrots
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Confetti Slaw

Chop all vegetables. Mix dressing and pour over salad. Let chill two hours. Drain and serve.
