Recipe Ingredients for Confetti Salad

1/2 head of romaine
1/2 cucumber
2 tomatoes
2 stalks celery
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup walnuts
2 carrots, shredded
1 large avocado
1 oz lime juice
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Confetti Salad

  1. blend avocado with lime juice and about 3/4 cup of water to bring it to the consistency of a dressing.

  2. chop all veggies

  3. add cranberries and nuts
