A refreshing mayo-free coleslaw recipe. The longer it chills, the better it tastes!

Recipe Ingredients for Confetti Coleslaw

1/3 cup red vinegar or white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups green cabbage, shredded
3 cups red cabbage, shredded
4 green onions, sliced
1 red pepper, diced

Recipe Directions for Confetti Coleslaw

  1. To make dressing, combine vinegar, sugar, oil, honey, salt and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Shred cabbages, slice onion and dice red pepper, combine in large bowl.

  3. Add dressing, tossing well.

  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
