Recipe Ingredients for Confetti Coleslaw

1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 pound green cabbage, shredded
1/2 pound red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup scallions, sliced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced

Recipe Directions for Confetti Coleslaw

  1. Whisk all ingredients up to the green cabbage together, to form a dressing

  2. Add the other ingredients, toss to coat. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving
