2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3/8 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter
1 large egg
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
