Recipe Ingredients for complicated chili

28 oz tomato, diced
8 oz turkey, ground
16 oz pork loin roast, cut into strips
15 oz beef broth, fat free
28 oz broccoli
15 oz kidney beans, drained
15 oz black beans, drained
15 oz pinto beans, drained
15 oz corn
15 oz carrots, chopped
24 oz potatoes, diced
15 oz bell pepper, diced
15 oz onion, diced
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander seed, ground
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp seasoned pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for complicated chili

  1. In a skillet, brown pork and turkey, set aside

  2. In a very large stock pot, cook onions over medium high heat until translucent.

  3. Add carrots, potatoes, peppers, corn, and broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes.

  4. Reintroduce meat and add all spices, stirring constantly until all is well mixed and heated through.

  5. Add beans, tomato, and broth, bring to a slow boil, then cover, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 3-4 hours or longer, redistributing and stirring occasionally.
