It is my ?go-to? comfort food and it is easy to make. It?s also a good way to get your kids to eat cottage cheese and pineapple.

Recipe Ingredients for Comfort Jell-o

2 packages Lime Gelatin Dessert
1 cup Crushed Pineapple
16 ounces non-fat cottage cheese
3 ounces Pecans
1 tbsp Horseradish

Recipe Directions for Comfort Jell-o

  1. BOIL 2 CUPS WATER IN SMALL SAUCEPAN. POUR IN JELLO AND STIR UNTIL COMPLETELY DISSOLVED - JUST TAKES A COUPLE OF SECONDS.
