1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup orange bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup zucchini, chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing

Recipe Directions for Colourful Lunch Salad

  1. Chop vegetables as per directed by ingredients.

  2. Mix.

  3. Pour on dressing and walnuts (croutons if desired).
