Recipe Ingredients for Colorful Veggies

2/3 lb zucchini
1/3 lb onion
1/2 lb carrot
2 oz green sweet pepper
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Colorful Veggies

Cut all the vegetables, put in a pot with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium-low heat.
