Tofu with veggies from the fridge

Recipe Ingredients for Colorful Tofu Spring Mixer

1 tbsp canola oil
2 onions
2 carrot
120 grams zucchini
2 yellow pepper
1/2 cup fennel
300 gram firm tofu
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Colorful Tofu Spring Mixer

  1. Fry onion in oil

  2. Add carrot, then the rest of the veggies

  3. Add tofu when veggies are half done

  4. Cook it for a good 5-10 minutes, turning it over sometimes

  5. Pour soy sauce, balsamic over, and add ginger

  6. Mix it up a little more

  7. aaaaan: ready
