Recipe Ingredients for colorful summer salad

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 green mango, diced
4 scallions, minced fine
5 radishes, grated
1 cucumber, halved and sliced
1 avocado, diced
1 grapefruit, sectioned and diced
1 lime, juice

Recipe Directions for colorful summer salad

  1. Garnish with radish 'flowers' and avocado-slice 'leaves,'

  2. Mix it all together,

  3. Chill for 1/2 hour,

  4. Voila!
