Recipe Ingredients for Colorado Meat Pie

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Oregano, Ground
10 oz Tomato Soup
2 cup Beans, Snap, Green

Recipe Directions for Colorado Meat Pie

  1. Line 9" pie pan with pastry - also roll out top crust.

  2. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Stir in sugar, pepper, green beans (or any combo of mixed veggies), salt, oregano and tomato soup. Pour into pastry-lined pan, add top crust and cut slits in it. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.
