Recipe Ingredients for Colorado Breakfast

8 Eggs
16 Biscuits
2 cups ham
20 oz cheese
2 cups flour
8 cups 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Colorado Breakfast

  1. Prepare a white sauce and after bringing to a low boil, add velvetta cheese.

  2. Stir in diced ham and chopped eggs and simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve over biscuits and enjoy!
