Yummy, complete food! Keeps in fridge (covered) for about a week or so! This has everything your body needs and it acts as a natural sunscreen and well ... you read the title ... it will keep your insides very clean!

Recipe Ingredients for Colon Blow

2 cups tomatoes, diced
2 cups onions, green, chopped
2 cups celery, diced
1 cup pepper, red, diced
1 cup pepper, orange, diced
1 cup pepper, yellow, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup radishes, diced
2 cups cabbage, red, diced
1 cup peas, sugar snap, in shell, chopped
3 cups, cheese, shredded
1/2 cup avocado, diced
2 cups peas, chick, canned, drained

Recipe Directions for Colon Blow

  1. Dice tomatoes, green onions, and celery. Place in large mixing bowl.

  2. Add approximately 2 TBSP lemon juice, and seasoning of your choice (season to taste, basically)

  3. Dice Red, yellow, orange peppers, carrots, radishes, sugar snap peas, and cabbage. Add to bowl, mix well and season. (There's a LOT of seasoning involved)

  4. I just use pre-shredded cheese from Kroger, open the package, dump it in and mix well.

  5. Open a can of chickpeas. Drain and rinse. Add to bowl along with diced avocado. Mix. and season to taste.

  6. It's best cold as a salad, but I've put it in a whole wheat pita pocket and stuck it in the microwave for 30 seconds for a delicious sandwich.

  7. Also, the proportions of veggies are totally estimates! You can alter them if you wish, or add other things! Just make sure you've got a big enough bowl!
