Hearty, healthy and filling whole grain bread. Packed with protein and fiber. Great as substitution for muffin or morning baked good.

Recipe Ingredients for Colon Blow Bread

1 c whole wheat flour
1 c brown sugar
2/3 c oats
1/3 c flax
1/2 c raisin bran
2 egg whites
1/2 c apple sauce
3 tsp baking soda
1/2 c skim milk
2 carrots
1/2 apple
1/2 c nonfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Colon Blow Bread

  1. Combine all wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients.

  2. Pour into greased pan or muffin tins.

  3. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes until knifes comes out clean in middle.
