Teresa's Vegetable Soup (non-vegetarian)

Recipe Ingredients for College Student Veggie Soup

32 ounce canned tomatoes
16 ounce Beans, Snap, Green, Cooked, Boiled, Drained, Without Salt
2 small onions, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp peppercorns
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
32 ounce of chicken broth

Recipe Directions for College Student Veggie Soup

Sautee fresh veggies with olive oil. Add salt and peppercorns. Add canned veggies and chicken broth. Let simmer covered until carrots and celery are soft enough for ya.
