Recipe Ingredients for College Chicken + Rice

1 serving Extra Long Grain Enriched Rice
1 portion Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless
1 serving(45 g) Extra Long Grain Enriched Rice
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sriracha Chili Sauce

Recipe Directions for College Chicken + Rice

  1. - put rice in pot with double parts water & some salt and bring it to a boil.

  2. - lessen flame to low, cover pot and let sit.

  3. - while rice is slowly cooking, throw chicken breast on frying pan.

  4. - when chicken is thawed to some degree, take the piece off the the frying pan and slice into pieces

  5. - put chicken back on frying pan, in medium heat, until fully cooked

  6. - about 10-15 minutes of this, and you should have your self a fully cooked piece of chicken and some rice.

  7. - throw em together, add soy sauce and sriracha. You could also defrost peas and put em in. I usually do, but I ran out.
