Recipe Ingredients for Collards-Mung Kootu

4 cups collards, cut fine
1/4 cup mung beans
2 tsp oil
2 tsp black bean
1 tsp mustard
1 salt to taste
5 grams peppers, hotchili, green

Recipe Directions for Collards-Mung Kootu

  1. Cook collards, mung beans, chilli and salt together till mung is done.

  2. heat oil, splutter mustard, add black bean and when it turns golden brown, add to the cooked collards, stir in.

  3. serve hot with plain rice.
