4 tbsp Olive Oil
6 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
4 serving Dijon
0.5 tsp Salt Substitute
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Collard Slaw v3

  1. Grate carrots.

  2. Finely shred cabbage and collards.

  3. Mix liquids and spices to create a dressing.

  4. Toss slaw in dressing until evenly coated.

  5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to eating for best flavor.
