Adapted from the whole living detox recipe for kale slaw

Recipe Ingredients for Collard Slaw

3 cups Collard Greens
1 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 oz Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 tsp Prepared Dijon Mustard

Recipe Directions for Collard Slaw

  1. Mix oil, mustard and seeds in a medium bowl.

  2. Finely shred greens, cabbage and carrots.

  3. Add to sauce and mix until all slaw is well coated.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
