idk i found it, its great! 8 servings of about 1 c? the water is actually chicken broth too, and there's seasoned pepper with the sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Collard 'n' Black-eyed Pea Stew

2 cups chopped lean ham
16 ounce collard greens
3 cups water
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 c chopped celery
1 teaspoon sugar
16 ounce black-eyed peas, drained

Recipe Directions for Collard 'n' Black-eyed Pea Stew

Sauté ham in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add broth and next 4 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Stir in black-eyed peas, and cook 10 more minutes
