16 oz collard greens
8 g garlic
1/2 onion
1 T olive oil
1 t lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Collard Greens

  1. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil.

  2. Add collards and 1/4 c water. Cook 10 minutes or until done.

  3. Serving = 130
