Recipe Ingredients for Collard Greens

1 1/4 lb raw collards, chopped
1 1tsp Olive Oil
3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 large Onions
2 clove Garlic
3 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium

Recipe Directions for Collard Greens

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium high heat. Add bacon, cook through.

  2. Remove bacon and chop. Return to pan. Add chopped onion.

  3. Cook onion 5 min, then add chopped garlic.

  4. Cook garlic 2 min, then add chopped collard greens.

  5. Cook until slightly wilted, then add broth and reduce heat to low.

  6. Simmer 1 hour.
