Wonderful bread made from fresh ground wheat.

Recipe Ingredients for Colin's whole wheat bread

11 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
5 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp yeast
1/6 cup blackstrap molasses
1/3 cup oil

Recipe Directions for Colin's whole wheat bread

  1. grind 8 cups wheat

  2. put water in a large food processor

  3. add salt oil and molasses and stir

  4. add 7 cups flour stir

  5. add yeast stir

  6. slowly add sufficient flour while stiring with dough hook until dough comes clean from the side of the bowl. Use white flour if necessary.

  7. Knead with dough hook for 12 min

  8. form into loaves and bake @ 365 for 35 min.
