Homemade Coleslaw with light mayo

Recipe Ingredients for Coleslaw

2 cup, chopped Cabbage
8 medium Carrots, Baby
1/4 cup chopped Scallions
6 serving Mayo Light Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
1.5 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Coleslaw

Shred or finely chop carrots, cabbage and scallions. In a seperate bowl mix all other ingredients. Toss with cabbage mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste
