Recipe Ingredients for Coleslaw

1/2 cup broccoli, shredded
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp onion, sweet thinly sliced
1 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar, rice or apple
1/2 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Coleslaw

  1. Peel fibrous part of broccoli stems and shred. Peel and shred carrot. Shred several leaves of cabbage. Thinly slice sweet onion. Combine.

  2. Add a tbsp. raisins or sunflower seeds

  3. Mix vinegrette from remaining ingredients
